- Meeting room rentals
- Business address services
- Membership programs
User Responsibilities
Acceptable Use
- Use services for lawful business purposes only
- Respect other users and maintain professional conduct
- Comply with building rules and regulations
- Maintain cleanliness and order in shared spaces
Prohibited Activities
- Illegal activities or violations of local laws
- Harassment or discrimination of any kind
- Damage to property or equipment
- Unauthorized access to restricted areas
Payment Terms
- Payments are due in advance according to your chosen plan
- Late payments may result in service suspension
- Refunds are subject to our cancellation policy
- Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
- All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes
Limitation of Liability
MRA Business Park shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with appropriate notice as specified in your service agreement. Upon termination:
- Access to services will be discontinued
- Outstanding fees must be paid
- Personal property must be removed
- Confidentiality obligations continue
